General Schedule
The following schedule is updated as of 9:27 am 2/2/2024.

| 8:00-8:30 am | Director and Site Director arrive | |
| 8:30 am | Judging Coordinators arrive and check in (Library) | There will be coffee and a light breakfast available for coordinators and judges starting at 9:00 am. |
| 9:00-9:30 am | Judges arrive, check in (Library), and receive instructions for their event(s) | Doors for judges will open as early as 9:00 am. Light breakfast will be available for judges. |
| 9:30-9:55 am | Judges' Meeting | |
| 9:00-10:00 am | Students drop off their arts and cooking entries | |
| 9:55-10:00 am | Judges report to their rooms | |
| 10:00 am - 1:00 pm | Competitions and judging | Some events are pre-scheduled at certain times; for others, students will sign up on a sign-up sheet outside the room. |
| 10:30 am-2:00 pm | Written Tests | Culture, Grammar, Vocab, and Reading tests are offered at any time. Advantaged Speaker and Timed Writing tests are offered once each (see schedule). Listening and Spelling tests will be given every hour and half hour. |
| 1:00-2:00 pm | Judges turn in judging packets in the Tab Room (Library). | Return judging packets to the Tab Room as soon as judging is completed. |
